Journal of Materials Science and Nanotechnology (JMSN) is a multi-disciplinary journal aimed to bring cutting-edge research across the entire spectrum of Materials Science and Nanotechnology. It publishes papers of the highest quality and significance in all areas of Materials Science and Nanotechnology. Our aim is to deliver quality work and access to its readers across various fields of science.

Journal of Materials Science and Nanotechnology is using online manuscript submission, review and tracking systems for quality and quick review processing. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members of Journal of Materials Science and Nanotechnology or outside experts; at least two independent reviewer's approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript.

Exploring the Efficiency and Feasibility of Tin/Al2O3 /p-Si MIS Devices: A Critical Review and Analysis

Test results have indicated the types of behaviors that can be expected with band engineering. The high-k dielectric used has introduced a mid-gap state in the silicon band gap. It is the Al2O3 layer that is causing this. By taking a polycrystalline high-k dielectric, the different grain boundaries that occur in the structure introduce different energies in the insulator layer

Characterizations of Cu2FeSnSe4 Thin Films Synthesized from Nanoparticles Powder

Cu2FeSnSe4 (CFTSe) thin film were synthesized on glass substrate by thermal evaporation method at Ts=400° C, starting from elemental powders mixed by a mechanical alloying process. The structural, morphological, compositional, optical and electrical properties of CFTSe semiconductor have been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) and Van Der Pauw technique, respectively.

Influence of Pulsed Current Parameters on the Structure Formation of Amorphous Co-W Alloys and their Thermal Stability

The structure and thermal stability of Co-W alloys electrodeposited with direct and pulsed currents have been investigated by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analyses. It has been established that amorphization of alloys is influenced by deposition modes and concentration of amorphizing component (sodium tungstate salts) (Na2WO4 ) in the aqueous electrolyte solution.
